How should i guilty or not guilty?

Ok theirs offences of me waisiting police time and the nspcc time to har someone else, but the thing is after the breakup with my ex i suffered a complete breakdown turning to prescription drug abuse to forget things and this has has unusual affects on my actions, how should i plead if they have evidence such an ip address for an email sent to the nspcc if i do not remember doing ?
