Is this considered ual harment?

I was in at a newstand looking for a certain singer on the cover of a magazine. It was a man's magazine but she is my favorite. anyway. I pulled out a couple of mens mags trying to find her then the cashier hollered across the store "you checking them out, ain't cha?!"
