Does the Pink Patch Cause side effects?

I recently got a free sample of the new "Pink Patch" Diet thing, I used 2 and was fine, didn’t feel like I was on anything, I just found I was eating less, anyway day three of the pink patch I go for a nap cause I’m suddenly very Tired, I wake up and the arm the patch was on really hurts, I feel sick, hot, dizzy and just not very well…. I pull off the patch and I have the most bizarre rash or skin reaction…. 5 parallel completely straight lines, as thin as thread have flared up on my skin, they don’t hurt but the muscle in the arm does! It’s sort of like a claw scratch, has anyone else experienced anything else like this, does my arm hurt because I’m sick and it’s just coincidence that I’ve got an odd looking blemish? ... I was just really curious to see if the pink patch works… and I know there are probably a hundred people with itchy fingers desperate to type all about the benefits of exercise and a sensible diet… please don’t… it’s just patronising… I’m not morbidly obese, I’m just busy and I like food, and had no intention of buying these patches… but they were free!!!! And free things are just too tempting! I suppose this’ll be my lesson for obsessively testing sample thingies! Please help my arm looks like it’s had a run in with “Torchwood” or something! (this question was longer than I had planned… Sorry!)
