If, in case, planet Earth is dying, is it really possible to migrate to other planet?

Likewise in planet Mars or a planet which has a life form or that can sustain life, considering that the planet is on "Global Warming". What if time comes that people are really dying because of the effect of global warming? Where should people seek for refuge? Or should we let this to happen to us like what happen to Dinosaurs era?
