17 weeks 5 days pregnant?

Im Almost 18 weeks pregnant and for threw out most of my pregnancy ive had the normal cramping and back pain, This is my second pregnancy my son is now 13 months old, even tho it wasnt that long ago ive forgotten what its like to be pregnant! This past week My neasea and cramping is really come on bad I think i just need to be reured everything is okay, I have spotter 5 times and wont really know anything untill my ultrasound in a fortnight, but im worried as i never spotted with my son.. ekk pregnancy is stressfull!
