Adult circision ya or no?

So im really starting to consider getting my foreskin cut off. Im a 22 years old from canada and it is decision time. If my foreskin was normal and simply went back on its own when i was erect i would not mind but i have "lots" of foreskin and it only goes behind then head when i manually pull it back and hold it there, once i let it go it folds right back over the head. I feel this is hampering my life, and discouraging women. i also am having problems with condoms as they tend to break easy on me because im forced to keep the foreskin over the head when puttin it on. Just want some input on what I should do in this situation. thanks
