Educational DVD's for preschoolers-the free ones you get to teach kids about strangers and forest fires n stuf?

Hi! I am looking for a site or maybe some links to find those free educational DVDs aimed toward small children. You know like Ruff MGruff the crime dog, or why you shouldnt talk to strangers...things like that. So far I've had little luck. Any help would be so much appreciated! Thanks!
