Finding your location in World Of Warcraft?

While trying to find a guide for a quest on thotbot Isaw people explaining the location of an object with 2 numbers, ex. 68,32. I can only ume this is the longitude and latitude of that location but I cant figure out where to plug these coordinates in to be able to track this spot. Does anyone know how to do this in-game? or on a website is fine to.
