I failed a UA for alcohol im on probation for burglary what are the chances i dont go to jail plz help .?

burglary ( felony) deffered to probation .. I tested hot for Alcohol.. Im really not a bad person .. i was peer pressured and framed with the whole charge on the burglary so they took it easy on me .. i really love my fiance and dont wanna go to jail.. if i must get a lawyer i will. but what are the chances the lawyer can get me down to no jail time? i am willing to beg them and tell them i will never drink again ( the truth ) my boyfreinds a Cop aswell .. will it help me if he stands for me at trial? thank you so much for your help !! experienced people only awnser plz i dont need guesses i need the probable state
