What the hell do I do?

Okay, I asked this yesterday, and I didn't get a lot of people to answer, so I'm trying again. This is a little awkward I know, but hate being in this stupid situation! I have this guy Friend. His name is Wyatt, and hes only 14 years old. I went out with him last year,..but now we're just friends. Anyway, I came back from my 3 week trip from Alaska, and I wanted to talk to all my friends, and Wyatt was on my list. I called him up late at night because I forgot to call him earlier. When he answered he didn't sound like himself, and that scarred me. I kept him talking for a while, and I thought that I would pop the question, "What have you been doing all summer." And, I wasn't expecting him to answer, "I've been drinking." I tried to sound cool, I didn't believe him, I thought he said that to impress me or something stupid like that, and then he threw up. So I knew he was serious. I heard the bodles in the background, I couldn't belive how much he was ito! I tried to get off the subject, and somehow we where talking about how my windo is broken, and that it can't be locked. He told me i should get a ne window, or someone would me. Then I told him no one would, only a few people even knew about that. Then he told me he would if I didn't fix it. I was thinks, hey, he's wasted, like he can eserious. But he kept talking about it. I freaked out and told him I had to go. Now I can't stop thinking of how much of his life, he is just throughing away! I woun't tell the police, I can't tell the police! I once thought about telling his mom, but I'm not sure. What do I do? Please help me!
