IS it illegal for the school to force you to buy bottle water becasue there is no drinking fountains?

Me and my friends are fed up. Our Public High School, has only one working drinking fountain, which is on the other side of the school and you cant go into that area anyway at lunch time or you would get into trouble, and we used to have drink vending machines, but they took those out and force us to buy the lunch companies crap, i.e. $1.25 bottles of water, $1.25 bottles of ice tea, and $1.00 for a 12-oz bottle of Gatorade, compared to last year which was a dollar for a regular 20 ounce. Also, they stopped selling food items by its self, like a burrito used to cost a dollar, now they FORCE you to buy a combo, which is $2 and the only difference is that they add a 4 oz juice box, wow a extra dollar for that, and a chicken sandwich used to be $1.50, now its $3 with a juice box, they wont let you just buy it by itself, they impose their fascist business bull crap on us. The lunch company is contracted, not owned by the district, is there any laws out there that can fix this?!?!
