When taking the pill, when do you ovulate?

You shouldn't be ovulating on the pill unless you are not consistent with the time you take them. As long as you take your b.c. daily and as close to the same time everyday you should be fine. That is why the pill is 99.9% effective. If you have any questions about your b.c. then call your doctor.
