What doesn't Jay ***** understand about closing Guantanamo?

Maybe you should try reading the article first. There is no Jay mentioned in the article. He means 'world-cl facility' as in a high level prison, one of the top ranking in security. He says 'gun to his head' when he says he won't vote for bringing the terrorists here, not even if they put a gun to his head. And why would we close Guan. when it would cost millions of dollars (that we don't have) to refurbish a prison here to house the inmates? If one of those terrorists breaks out, he isn't a hundred miles away from America. He is in the heartland, where he could easily continue his terrorism. Oh yeah, way to make us safer. <_<
