Where does the term Islamofacist come from?

It is obviously an empty racial epithet and I see it directed against any non fundamentalist Christian that dares to suggest being bombed and invaded is anything other than an honour and a priviledge. Burt where did this term originate? Can anyone pinpoint the first genius to coin such a helpful term and indeed would anyone care to offer up a coherent definition of an Islamofacist? Is there such a thing as a Christianofacist or a Judeofacist or are those kind of facists OK?
